B’Earthday Party at City Park, hosted by Teaching Responsible Earth Education!

ONE OF A KIND PARTY FOR THE EARTH

The 3rd annual B’Earthday Party hosted by Teaching Responsible Earth Education (T.R.E.E.) is a community-wide family celebration.

Meet us at the Couturie Forest trailhead for unique outdoor activities, crafts, and picnicking to celebrate Earth’s natural treasures. T.R.E.E. educators will guide families through experiences in nature including Earthwalks, Nature’s Gallery and the Forest Theatre. Participants will utilize all of their senses!

T.R.E.E. works with New Orleans area schools bringing students to an outdoor classroom to learn science and connect with nature. Each program, Earthkeepers™ for 4th grade, Sunship Earth™ for 5th, and Sunship III™ for 7th, includes a follow-through component to reduce impacts on energy and resources and to spend more time appreciating the natural world. T.R.E.E. encourages more time spent in nature, and Couturie Forest is just the place! b'earthday poster 8.5 x 11
