A Charitable Donation
As a public charter school, we rely on the support of community members and friends to ensure that we can continue to grow and offer the exceptional programs that enrich our students’ education.
Gifts to Lycée Français help us to offer amazing opportunities like our zoo classroom and the French Quarter program for our fourth graders; help to grow our library; and facilitate the ambitious expansions we have planned in the years to come.
We are looking for corporate, individual and foundation partners that have a vested interest in the education of Louisiana students – particularly those that are at-risk. Your support will help to give the children of Louisiana the opportunities that they deserve.
Donations can be made online or by mail at:
Lycée Français de la Nouvelle-Orléans
Attn: Office of Development
5401 S Claiborne Avenue
New Orleans, LA 70125
Monthly giving is the most cost effective way to support Lycée Français. It reduces our paper and postage costs – allowing us to focus more of your gift on funding our school programs. Each month your contribution is charged to your credit card, eliminating the need to write checks or purchase stamps.
By becoming a monthly donor you can support Lycée’s students as easily as you pay your household bills:
- You choose the amount that you would like your credit card to be charged each month
- You will receive a tax receipt for your cumulative annual contributions at the end of each year and your credit card statements serve as an additional record of your contributions.
- You can increase, decrease or suspend your gift at any time by contacting Lycée Français.
If you would like more information on planned gifts, including Lycee Francais in your estate planning, or other types of tax-wise giving, please contact our Director of Development, Sophie Pena-Uijttenboogaard, at email@example.com or 504.620.5500.
The Gift of Time
Every time a parent volunteers for an activity, no matter how small, every child in the school benefits. Click here to review all the opportunities, select what works best for you and submit a volunteer application. Student and adult safety remains our highest priority, and all who perform volunteer work while students are on campus must complete the Background Check provided by the New Orleans Police Department.
